A long time ago when i bought my first computer, it had a photo editor that produced an imprsssionism effect on the photos. One click and the picture changed a very small amount. There were settings to regulate how much changed and the size of the pixels, blobs, paint strokes.

I cant find anything at all like it now anywhere. In the images you posted of the frog, the image was way way way past where one I am talking about would have gone. It only made very slight changes and you kept going until you got what you wanted.

Do you haev any idea at all where such might eb available?

I do believe the original one I had was in fact an adobe product that came along with the compuiter about 10 years ago.
