Icy Bubble: a game developed starting from my tutorials
Time to play Icy Bubble, a flash game submitted by Abilash, an old time reader.
Like other “ball” games, the aim of the game is to take the small bubble through all levels, avoiding the environment and other dangerous things.
That’s what Abilash said:
«At last my game is ready its called “Icy Bubble” I used scenes rather than frames for cleanliness.
Sorry but i could not provide the source code because it was in flash 5 format.
Hope people will enjoy it»
And I enjoyed it.
The “ball” design reminded me to old Spectrum games… simple but cute. There is a lot of moving environment but the thing I really liked is the water animation… I stopped playing twice or more just to see if it was really moving or not.
Once you finish the game, you’ll notice Abilash announced… well… see it by yourself.
Abilash is looking for feedback, so if you have any question or simply want to say “hey, nice work”, please drop a comment here.
Tell me what do you think about this post. I'll write better and better entries.
They can be easily customized to meet the unique requirements of your project.
