OMG Google screwed! PR7!

I think Google must be bugged. Today I opened the browser and the toolbar marked this site as PR7.

PR7

I started complaining about spywares, viruses, trojans, spartans and so on, because I was sure some worm infected my pc.

McAfee reported no virus… so I started browsing some sites offering free PageRank calculators.

Almost all of them said www.emanueleferonato.com is now a PageRank 7 site.

PR7

That should mean Google screwed. I don’t think this site deserves a PR7, even if I think my old PR5 was a bit low.

Anyway, I am very proud of this result… until Google wil fix it, of course…

Thanks to you all readers and commenters, you are making this blog something pretty good.

I will keep on publishing tutorials and as much stuff as I can, don’t hesitate to suggest a particular tutorial.

Thank you all again.

Emanuele

Fingers crossed you will maintain that PageRank - of course, this is only the opinion of one search engine. Keep your readers happy and you will continue to succeed!

    Raise it more!
Add some more visuals to this site, make it look better.. that’s all you need to improve in my opinion, as the tutorials are already as good as tutorials can get.

Google must have changed their algorithm considerably as I heard of a few sites losing PR, including mine.

I’ll study your site carefully to try and determine what Google may like.

    Congrats, by the way :)

When a PR update happens, it doesn’t happen all at once - Google has many ‘datacenters’, and your new PR will ‘percolate’ between those datacentres over the next few days to a week.
