Well, thats great, and you say it only took a few minutes! With all the custimizableness of it, it could fit any style of a particular website. The only problem I see, which are that long comments don’t work very well, can probably be fixed to wrap better with a little more time.

Wow! I have been looking for something like this! All The guest books I have found involve a certain file along with it, like HTML or Javascript, and I need it in a just flash file. This is really fantastic, but I am wondering, does it work with Flash 8 Professional? If not, its okay, because I am upgrading to Flash CS3 Professional on Christmas. This component is pricey though, and I think my website that I am working on will do without it, I’m sure its worth the money, like loads of flash components I have found. Your tutorials are very informing, they tend to help me out tremendously with tons of my flash projects. When my site goes up; hopefully on January 1st, 2008; it will link to this website.

i could really use this tool as a new flash guy trying to get my work out. i don’t have time really for hours of of programming to make a guest book and this helps tremendously. thanks again for the info Emanuele. your the one who got me into flash gaming with some of your early tutorials. if i don’t win i might buy it.

Looks like a really cool guestbook. As said before, the blue gradient is really kind of ugly, and at points the words run off the page, but I’m sure both of these can be fixed. also, maybe its just because im on a slow connection, but the book seems a little laggy. no big deal though really.
Otherwise, it seems like a really neat thing to have.

I work for a web design company and we actually just bought Flashloaded’s PhotoFlow last week. Setting up, customizing and using it is a dream. It’s clever, looks great and really adds some class to the site.

This new guestbook component looks rather cool, I like the fact they’ve added the ability to create custom fields and I’m sure, like photoFlow, there are endless options to customize it. Communication with your visitors is definately the future of the web (web 2 if you will) and I believe that providing these kind of services will really benefit everyone.

Also, congratulations on your first contest! I’ve been a long time visitor and it’s great to see that you’re continuing to grow!

hmm, looks like a killer app . . . but in your version only the first 20 words or so of a long post is visible – is this a setting that can be adjusted, or is it a qwirk of the component?

I like it. I think it’s very good and handsome. The guestbook got a clean design, which you could change yourself, and you have many, many options. One think I’d like to know, is, can you make the fields required or not?
To be honorst: It’s a nice guestbook, which I’d like to get my fingers in. Not only because how it works, and how useful it is. Also to get a look at how prof’s source codes, look like. – But i would never even think about buying it. It also costs alot.
