The last time I’m upgrading WordPress

Do you know what is this dashboard?

It’s the new WordPress 2.7 “Coltrane” dashboard, and I am here to tell you this next-gen WordPress installation worked fine.

This version has a lot of new features as you can see at the official announcement, but the one you will like the most is this could be the last time you ever have to manually upgrade WordPress again, because now WordPress includes a built-in upgrade that will automatically notify you of new releases, and when you’re ready it will download them, install them, and upgrade your blog with a single click.

Ok… it worked… install it…

** EDIT **

I found a little bug…

Look at the spam counter…

This is very good news. Upgrading always seemed painfully behind for such a sleek platform. Now to go upgrade my installs!

Installed mine too today. The auto update feature is great. I have more blogs from clients to admin and this will be perfect for me.

I always wait some time before upgrading. I let some major bug show up first and install new version when they got corrected.
