Check to see if your host allows the url_fopen wrapp, if not, then it is failing due to the line $feed = file_get_contents($mochi_url); as file_get_contents() needs the wrapper.You could add a switch into the script to use curl http://php.net/manual/en/book.curl.php curl is widely accepted on most hosts more than the fopen wrapper.
