Its probably he where he had his blog hacked a couple weeks ago. I got hit with the same thing and actually had to go through hoops with Google to get that removed.

i don’t know if it’s just me or others too but in every day or too whenever i try to visit your blog my browser pops up a warning say THIS SITE MAY HARM YOUR COMPUTER (i am using chrome) and right now when i am writing this comment just before it i was searching for something using the search bar but the google results showed a warning that this site may harm your computer plz do something about it……
