After about a year and an half my blog made it into Alexa top 30K, finally I have a blog that’s listed into Alexa top 20,000!!

Being such a niche blog, it’s an awesome milestone, and it’s also a sign of an increasing interest in indie game development.

I just want to thank YOU the readers.

Let me make a small recap:

August 18, 2008: top 50K

May 31, 2009: top 40K

October 19, 2009: top 30K

April 27, 2011: top 20K

Hope I will be talking about a top 15K soon.

    I read from your blog one time when I was googling games and it inspired me to start developing things on a computer, so I searched for a free version of Flash, got it, worked for about a year on all that, never got anywhere, looked at your website, and thought: “Man I’d love to have a website like this.” So I went and designed my own website! http://www.alextutorials.com and I’m very happy because I’m only 14!

    I’d also like to say, you were a big inspiration and I’m going to link to you! My website’s been up around a month and it’s getting popular, for a month! I have only 13 users, and 2 of them plus me are administrators. I experimented with static HTML at first, because I liked programming, but I finally gave up and got WordPress. I have 30 facebook likes, 9 of which are my friends. For a month, I like the sound of that!
